At Saiyan Hair, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Saiyan Hair experience.
Prior to reserving your grooming appointment please take a moment to read and familiarize yourself with our policies below. By reserving your appointment today, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the policies. Thank you, and we look forward to your upcoming visit.
Cancellations
At Saiyan Hair we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, the client will be charged the full price of the missed service. Two consecutive cancellations in less than a 24-hour period may result in the forfeiture of a client’s online scheduling privileges, and we reserve the right to refuse future services to the client.
Running Late?
Saiyan Hair At Refined Man Barbershop is a very popular Barber Shop. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your service. As a result, a client who arrives more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to decline service.
No Shows
Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without cancelling it online, or without first contacting us by way of telephone, text or email, may result in the forfeiture of the client’s online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of the missed service. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.
